1) Build to a Heavy set of 10 Push Press

 

2) Deadlift 

3x3 @ 80%

3x2 @ 85%

3x1 @ 90%

Rest as needed between sets 

 

Conditioning:

AMRAP Ladder x 12min

2 Push press (115/75)

2 Box jump overs (24/20)

4  Push press

4 T2 B 

4 Box jump overs 

6 Push press 

6 T2B

6 Box jump overs 

Continue adding 2 reps until time runs out..
